Booking
How to Book
- Contact us via e-mail or phone to check if your chosen dates are available.
- If you wish to make a reservation we will then hold it for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit and booking form. Details for making payments will be given when you make the reservation.
- Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully .
- On receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking via e-mail or post, and an invoice for the outstanding amount.
- The outstanding amount must reach us 8 weeks before commencement of your holiday. We will then send a receipt and more detailed directions of how to get here. If the balance is not received by this date the booking will be treated as a cancellation ( see below ) .
- Should your booking be made 8 weeks or less before commencement of your holiday, then the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
Terms and Conditions
- Check-in time is no earlier than 3.00 pm. Check-out time is 10.30 a.m.
- A deposit of 30% of the full cost of the booking must be received by us within 7 days of a reservation being made. We will send you confirmation of your booking on receipt of the deposit and booking form. Receipt of your deposit and booking form constitute your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions . Your agreement with us commences once the confirmation has been issued.
- The balance must be received by us 8 weeks before the commencement of the booking. If we do not receive the balance by this date then the booking will be treated as a cancellation.
- Cancellations (other than as in point 5 above ) must be made in writing by the person making the original booking. We will be entitled to make cancellation charges as shown below (charges expressed as a percentage of the total booking price) calculated from the date notification is received by us.
Cancellation charges ( expressed as a percentage of the full price ) are as follows –
- 8 weeks or more - deposit only
- 4 to 8 weeks - 50%
- Less than 4 weeks - 100%
- For bookings of more than one week , linen and towels will be changed once a week. Gas and electricity are included in the price , but due to the fact that fuel is extremely expensive in Italy a surcharge of 50 euros per week will be made should the central heating be required.
- A Welcome Pack will be provided, which will consist of a bottle of wine, milk, bread, jam, tea, coffee, sugar , biscuits or cake and some fruit.
- All information on this website is, to the best of our knowledge, accurate at the time of publishing. However small changes may occur from time to time. The website will be corrected as soon as we are made aware of these.
- We would advise all our clients to make sure they have adequate insurance cover for the duration of their stay,
- La Mimosa is situated in a quiet, rural area , but the normal sounds of country life can be expected
- Whereas we sincerely hope you will not have cause for complaint, should any problems arise during your stay please report them to us at the time they occur so that we can, hopefully, resolve them there and then . If, after your departure, you feel you have cause for complaint , please let us know in writing no more than 2 weeks after departure.
